We had to move out of our home to another state during the selling process and she kept a good eye on our home and always told us if there was an issue needing attention. During the selling process we had two offers where the buyers tried to strongarm us into ridiculous demands. Michelle was always supportive of us and went to bat for us during negotiations. Thanks to her constant support, we were able to find a buyer who made a reasonable offer even during a difficult market to sell. Michelle has a lot of integrity, and it showed in the way she communicated with us in general and in the way she represented us during negotiations. Never did we think that finding a realtor would equate to the journey we endured. We reached out to Michelle many months prior to our big move from Guam to Pensacola. Michelle and her entire team were wonderful! She arranged the inspections and put us in touch with vendors that helped in meeting our closing. She communicated with us through the entire process and during all times of the day! It seemed like she was never unavailable.
